ASEAN-BAC Malaysia Circle (ABMC) Quarterly Meeting (2023/01), 1 August

ASEAN-BAC Malaysia held its first ASEAN-BAC Malaysia Circle (ABMC) Quarterly Meeting on 1st August 2023, chaired by Chairman Tan Sri Nazir Razak and with remarks by His Excellency Datuk Seri Isham Ishak, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI).

Hosted by CIMB, the meeting was attended by the ABMC members namely CIMB Group, Ikhlas Capital, Khazanah Nasional, RHL Ventures, AirAsia, Genting, Aerodyne, MyEG, Kuala Lumpur Kepong (KLK), Yinson, Taylor’s, GDex, Carsome, Axiata and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM).

The meeting discussed industry-focused policy areas that ASEAN-BAC Malaysia could champion, as well as initiatives that could advance the ASEAN Economic Integration as Malaysia approaches the Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2025.
