ASEAN-BAC 100th Commemorative Dinner, 25 April 2025

To celebrate the long lasting collaboration marked with the 100th ASEAN-BAC Council meeting, the day continues with a commemorative dinner organised by ASEAN-BAC Malaysia under the lead of Jukhee Hong. The night is opened with the welcoming speech by Chairman of ASEAN-BAC Malaysia, Tan Sri Nazir Razak, Chairman of ASEAN-BAC Lao PDR 2024 Mr. Oudet Souvannavong, and Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia, Yang Berhormat Mulia Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul bin Tengku Abdul Aziz. It is a pleasure to have the ambassadors and diplomatic representatives from Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, Laos, Vietnam, United States, governments entities, ASEAN-BAC Malaysia Circle members and other esteemed guests to commemorate this occasion.

The evening featured the ASEAN-BAC Got Talent competition, where participating countries showcased one talent performance each. Indonesia and Malaysia both received an equal share of the votes each securing 27% and the trophy is proudly awarded to Indonesia.

This Commemorative Dinner also recognize Mr. Oudet Souvannavong from Lao PDR and Mr. Robert Yap from Singapore for their longstanding commitment to ASEAN-BAC since 2003 by presenting them with the Longest Serving Council Member Recognition.
