Konvensyen Wanita Selangor (KWS)

Executive Director Jukhee Hong was invited to be a panel speaker at the Selangor Women’s Convention (KWS), which serves as a vital platform to empower women in Selangor and drive significant progress toward gender equality. Recognising the immense potential of women to contribute to the state’s economic growth and social development, the convention brought together key stakeholders—including policymakers, industry leaders, academics, and women from diverse backgrounds—to discuss critical issues and explore innovative solutions.

Her panel focuses on “Retaining Women in the Game: Creating an Environment to Sustain Top Talent”, which aligns with Goal 3 of the Selangor Women’s Policy 2024–2026 and supports the Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5: Gender Equality).

The session was moderated by Natasha Alias, Head of MyWira Women’s Unit of TalentCorp. Jukhee was joined by fellow panel speakers Dr. Jasmine Begum, Regional Director of Legal, Corporate and Government Affairs of Microsoft (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd; and Gayathri Vadivel, Head of Employment Services Division of Social Security Organisation (PERKESO).
