PH hosts 1st Asean-BAC retreat
THE Association of Southeast Asian Nations-Business Advisory Council (Asean-BAC) held its inaugural retreat in Makati City earlier this week.
With the theme “Reimagining Asean-BAC,” the gathering was described as a “pivotal step in redefining the council’s role in Asean’s integration agenda and advancing its long-term strategic vision.”
The Philippines’ hosting the event, which had a “high-level diplomatic and business reception,” served as the soft launch for the country’s chairmanship in next year’s Asean-BAC.
