Australia Roadshow 2025

Our Chairman, Tan Sri Nazir Razak, together with our Executive Director, Jukhee Hong, led the ASEAN-BAC Malaysia delegation for the Australia Roadshow — a series of strategic engagements aimed at strengthening ASEAN–Australia business and policy linkages.

Our Roadshow in Adelaide featured high-level meetings with:

• Andrew McKellar, CEO, Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry
• Martin Haese, South Australia’s Special Envoy for Singapore & Southeast Asia

A key highlight of the Adelaide leg was our engagement with Hon. Joe Szakacs, South Australia’s Minister for Trade & Investment, which opened new conversations on trade opportunities and deepened collaboration with the State of South Australia. These dialogues provided valuable opportunities to deepen partnerships, explore trade and investment prospects, and chart new pathways for sustainable and inclusive growth between ASEAN and Australia.
