Dato' Charon Wardini Mokhzani

Dato’ Charon Wardini bin Mokhzani is the Chairman of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad (a Malaysian listed Takaful company), the Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad and a member of the board of directors of Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (the Malaysian development bank). He is also on the Board of Commissioners of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (a listed Indonesian telecommunications company).
He is a Senior Adviser of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. of Japan and is the Chairman of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council for Malaysia.

He is also on the boards of the Yayasan Tuanku Syed Putra Perlis, Yayasan Tuanku Fauziah and the Kuala Lumpur Business Club. He was on the boards of Universiti Putra Malaysia and Cagamas Berhad.
Charon started his career in London as a pupil barrister, then became an advocate and solicitor at Shearn Delamore & Co. in KL and later joined Rashid Hussain Securities as a Manager, Corporate Finance.
He read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Balliol College, University of Oxford, and Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He is a Fellow of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and a non-practising Barrister of the Middle Temple and Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Antony Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of AIG Malaysia Insurance Bhd. Antony, a Malaysian citizen, has been in the insurance sector for over 25 years. Prior to this appointment, he was the CEO of AIG Vietnam. Antony began his career at AIG in 2001 as VP of Business Development with AIG’s Software International JV based in Malaysia, following which he held a regional role as VP of Consumer and Commercial business based in Singapore.
Antony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Diploma in Architecture from University College London and is also a graduate of AIG’s Executive Development Management program.
He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the General Insurance Association of Malaysia (PIAM) & as Vice Chairman of the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). He is also a director of the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS) and the Nicol David Organization (NDO).

Datuk Shireen Ann Zaharah binti Muhiudeen

Datuk Shireen Ann Zaharah Muhiudeen is a senior fund management professional with over 35 years of experience in capital markets and portfolio management. She founded the independent firm Corston Smith Asset Management in 2004, serving as Principal Fund Manager overseeing RM1.4 billion for Tier 1 foreign pension funds. Previously, she spent 12 years as the Chief Executive Officer of AIG Investment Corporation Malaysia.
A recognised leader in corporate governance, Datuk Shireen is Deputy Chairman of the Asian International Arbitration Centre and an Independent Non Executive Director at Media Prima Berhad. Her prominent past appointments include serving as Non Executive Chairman of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, where she led a landmark collaboration with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and as an Executive Committee member of the Economic Action Council. She has held extensive oversight roles at major organisations including FELDA, Encorp Berhad, AMMB Holdings Berhad, HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, and Integrax Berhad. Globally recognised for her influence, she was named among Forbes Asia's 50 Power Businesswomen in 2014 and Asian Investor's 25 Most Influential Women in Asia Pacific Asset Management in 2011.
Expanding her international governance footprint, her recent December 2025 appointments include joining the Governance Director Institute Singapore and the User Advisory Group for the IAASB and IESBA in New York. She is also a 2024 to 2025 Hull Fellow of the Pacific Pension Investment Institute and a member of the Geneva based Mediation Group International. An established author, Datuk Shireen published the bestselling book ‘We Are All Stakeholders’ alongside ‘Governance Matters’, and spent a decade as a contributing columnist on governance and finance. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
