101st ASEAN-BAC Meeting, and 24th ASEAN-BAC – Joint Business Councils (JBCs) Meeting

The 101st ASEAN-BAC Meeting and 24th ASEAN-BAC Joint Business Councils (JBCs) Meeting were hosted by ASEAN-BAC Vietnam in Hanoi today under the ASEAN-BAC Laos Chairmanship. The meetings focused on key updates for the upcoming initiatives, particularly ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) 2024, set to be held in Vientiane, Laos in October 2024.

ABIS 2024 promises to be a pivotal event, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the region to discuss ASEAN’s economic future and investment opportunities.

The meeting also featured a presentation from Chairman Tan Sri Nazir Razak on the preparation of the ASEAN-BAC Chairmanship 2025.
