DEI Closed Door Meeting

ASEAN-BAC Malaysia recently held a closed-door online discussion to understand perspectives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the business and corporate settings from the lens of Southeast Asia. The discussion was enriched by colleagues from Thailand, Singapore, Laos, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam on this subject and gained an understanding of various considerations from ASEAN countries. The session was chaired by Executive Director Jukhee Hong and enriched by knowledge partner LeadWomen Founder Anne Abraham, and taskforce members, including AmBank Group, Maybank, and YTL Corporation Bhd. The discussion demonstrated a collective interest to depeen the knowledge on advancing DEI initiatives across the region.
