The ASEAN DEI Collective is now soft-launched! ASEAN-BAC Malaysia<\/a>, together with knowledge partner, LeadWomen<\/a>, organised our first DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Roundtable, in conjunction with the soft-launch of the ASEAN DEI Collective here in Kuala Lumpur on 16 October. Chaired by <\/a>Jukhee Hong<\/a>, Chair of the ASEAN DEI Collective and Executive Director of ASEAN-BAC Malaysia<\/a>, the roundtable was attended by some 40 leaders and seasoned HR practitioners from across ASEAN, including joint business council representatives from the UK, US, EU and regional ASEAN-BAC chapters from Brunei, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.

ASEAN-BAC Malaysia<\/a> congratulates all early pioneer members of the Collective for taking the first step towards ensuring the adoption of DEI practices within their organisations:
